Your artwork

You confirm that you own the uploaded artwork or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe another person's rights.

Your proof

Mugifi places the file you upload onto the mug once, without generating, restyling or duplicating it. Any repeated artwork must be present in your source file. The interactive proof lets you approve the crop and position before buying. Screen and printed colour can differ slightly because displays and ceramic sublimation use different processes.

Ready-made and personalised products

Ready-made original designs and customer-personalised mugs have different change-of-mind terms, explained on the Delivery & returns page. A personalised mug is made to the proof you approved, so change-of-mind cancellation does not apply once production begins. This never removes your statutory rights when goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.

Payment and fulfilment

Stripe processes payment in GBP. The displayed price includes UK Budget delivery, and checkout accepts UK delivery addresses only. We privately confirm the current fulfilment cost before opening payment. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and production can be submitted.

Accounts and guest checkout

A Mugifi account is optional. You can buy as a guest or sign in to keep compatible orders and delivery updates together. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.

Content safety

We may reject illegal, infringing or unsafe content. Failed safety checks are not offered for purchase.
