Production and delivery

Production normally takes 48–72 hours. UK Budget delivery follows production and is included in the displayed price. Tracking appears on your private order page when the carrier provides it.

Delivery price

There is no additional charge for UK Budget delivery. Mugifi currently accepts UK delivery addresses only and does not offer paid delivery upgrades at launch.

Taxes and import charges

Orders are fulfilled and delivered within the UK, so customers are not asked to pay import duties at delivery.

Damage or print problems

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the mug and packaging. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods will be handled in line with your statutory rights, normally through a replacement or refund.

Change of mind

Because every mug is personalised to an artwork and placement you approved, change-of-mind returns may not be available after production begins.
