Before you order
Can I choose different designs in a bundle?
The 2- and 3-mug options are copies of the same artwork, with the same personalisation and maker’s-mark choice. They go to one UK delivery address. A mixed-design basket is not available yet. Team enquiries support both shared designs and individual names or artwork, starting at 10 mugs. Plan a team order
Can I return an original-design mug?
Standard original-design mugs have change-of-mind return terms. Contact us before sending anything back for instructions and the authorised returns address. If your mug arrives damaged or has a print problem, send your order number and clear photos so we can help. Original-design returns and problems
Will my mug have a Mugifi logo?
Only if you select “Add a small Mugifi maker’s mark”. It is off by default, costs nothing extra and appears discreetly near the handle in the proof and final print.
